Rick Clements
Rick Clements has more than 16 years of experience in public relations and crisis management. Rick is best known for directing crisis communications for Singapore Airlines for the SilkAir MI185 accident in 1997 and the Singapore Airlines SQ006 accident in 2000 as the vice-president of public affairs at Singapore Airlines. Rick left Singapore Airlines in 2004 and set up his own PR and training consultancy, Rick Clements & Associates, to pursue a new career interest as a consultant and trainer. Rick brings a wealth of practical experience to his work as a consultant and trainer, especially in the field of crisis communications. His insights and perceptions have also benefited communications officers and management staff in the public as well as private sector organisations.

Kim Lim has 20 years of experience across the full spectrum of public relations disciplines in various regional Management positions, including head of external affairs services (Middle and Far East) for Coca-Cola International and director of corporate affairs for the Asia/Pacific region with Levi Strauss. Now a consultant specialising in risk, issues and crisis management, she has a proven track record in directing the development and implementation of effective communications strategies and programmes throughout the Asia Pacific region.
