This hands-on workshop uses a combination of demonstrations, exercises, class discussions and application of skills to build the key skills needed for an impactful presentation. You will learn key skills as a group and then, receive feedback from your peers and the trainer on your individual presentations. In all, you will make a total of FOUR short presentations during the workshop. The key skills include areas on:

Preparing for a meeting/presentation
Understanding the components that make up effective communication
Developing dynamic openings and closings
Analysing your audience & how to break through barriers that inhibit rapport
Making eye contact a "rapport tool"
Positioning the features and benefits of your proposals
Delivering impromptu and formal presentations
Expanding personal presence through voice modulation, gestures and movements
Using visual aids to support your presentation
Creating and managing interaction
Handling questions effectively.

In addition, you will get a practical manual filled with tips, tools and techniques to help you transfer, sharpen and sustain your presentation skills.
